The Junior High Program includes grades 6-8. Each grade level has art for a ten week period. In that time we cover increasingly sophisticated levels of perspective drawing, painting in a variety of media and either maskmaking or sculpture. The students really enjoy the increased continuity of having art every other day for an entire quarter. Junior High is a time of transition for all students and they are rewarded and challenged by artwork that requires planning and concentration. Best of all...they get to talk while they work!
